ways to make an impact

  • Camp of Champions: Camp includes high-quality, specialized training for our foster parents and age-appropriate classes and activities for the children in our care. Each year, more than 200 volunteers join us in helping create special experiences for our families. There are several ways to become involved, whether for a few hours or all 3 days.

  • Christmas Wrapping Party: Each year, ABCH partners from around the state sponsor kids in our care to provide Christmas gifts. Individuals and groups from each community gather to wrap those gifts to help ease the load of foster parents in December. (Only available in Birmingham)
