Many parents face challenges that threaten to separate them from their kids — financial struggles, lack of support, domestic abuse, or job loss. Our Family Care program is here to bridge the gap for those in need. It's more than just a home. It's a new beginning for vulnerable women and children, paving the way for hope and a bright future.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Many of our locations are apartment type homes for each family. Some locations share common living areas. This is an 18-month program.

  • We provide skills training sessions in areas such as household management, budgeting, and parenting.

  • Mothers meet regularly with a social worker to set goals and continue toward independence.

  • Mothers in the program can meet regularly with a licensed, professional counselor.

  • Our household rules include nightly curfews and daily cleaning duties.

    • a mother with custody of her minor children

    • working or actively seeking employment 

    • reliable transportation

    • no violent criminal history
