Elise Vincent
Elise has worked with Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes in the Birmingham area since 2012. She first served as a child case worker before moving into her position as Area Director for Central Alabama in 2017.
Elise received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Alabama and her Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and holds a Private Independent Practitioner certificate (PIP) with endorsements in clinical social work and social casework. She holds a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® Practitioner certification from Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. Elise surrendered to ministry when she was in high school and has always had a heart for helping the vulnerable and “outcasts” of society. She is very thankful that the Lord made clear the path to take, that led to her ministry work here at ABCH.
Elise has been married to Clay Vincent since 2012, and had twin boys in 2019. They reside in Hueytown, Ala. Clay and Elise enjoy spending time with friends and family, and they frequently travel to Ensenada, Mexico, where Elise’s parents are missionaries in the deaf community.
