Birmingham, AL

FULL-TIME FT DATA BASE & GIFT PROCESSING MANAGER POSITION

We are seeking a full-time Data Base & Gift Processing Manager for our Birmingham office.  Primary responsibilities will be the oversight of CRM database administration and management including data entry standards, data integrity, and user training. Additionally, this position will support the fundraising efforts of the Development department by managing all aspects of gift processing and donor acknowledgment in accordance with applicable laws and ABCH standards. This position will supervise and manage staff who work within the CRM database and conduct gift processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Razors Edge or a CRM software is required. Applicants must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and supervisor skills. Applicants must be a Christian and actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent, and two years’ work experience in fund development, sales, financial services, marketing or related fields. Bachelor’s Degree a plus.  A valid Alabama driver’s license and must pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.

Montgomery, AL

FULL-TIME FOSTER CARE SOCIAL WORKER

We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Social Worker for our Montgomery office. Primary responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing foster homes as well as communicating this work to individuals and churches. Applicants must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong communications skills. Applicants must be a Christian actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a Bachelors of Social Work, social work license or license eligible, a valid Alabama driver’s license, and ability to pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.

FULL-TIME RELIEF HOUSE PARENTS

We are seeking a full-time relief house parent couple for our Campus Care home in Decatur. This is a live-in position for 4-6 days at a time, for approximately 20 days a month. It consists of providing support services to our primary house parents and being responsible for the day-to-day guidance and training of the children residing in the campus home. Applicants must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong communications skills. Applicants must be a Christian actively involved in a local church. 

Other requirements include: High school diploma or beyond, a valid Alabama driver’s license, and ability to pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.
