We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Intake Coordinator for our Pathways Birmingham office.  As a Receptionist/Intake Coordinator, you will be the ambassador of our Ministry’s first impression for clients and visitors. It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, and clients, help them with any information that they need while maintaining high level of ministry confidentiality. You will be coordinating intake calls from prospective clients statewide and will determine the best course of action for each client. As the Receptionist/Intake Coordinator you will professionally answer incoming phone calls in a polite tone and re-directing calls to respective departments. Other duties include filing, handling and re-directing mail, understanding and upholding all HIPAA and ethical standards in dealing with clients and all records.

Applicants must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong interpersonal and communications skills. Applicants must be a Christian and actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a High School diploma, a valid Alabama driver’s license, and must pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.
