Here are some of our most prominent events throughout the 2016 year. In every season, there's always something going on that you'll want to know about!
Many churches around the state participate and support the Children's Homes through the ABCH Annual Offering. The 2016 goal for helping children and families in need is $2.8 million, and we would love your support in meeting that goal! Read on for more details and to request church resources.
Help your church become more aware of how they can care for hurting children by participating in Orphan Sunday on November 13! Learn more about how to get involved.
What Black Friday or Cyber Monday is to retailers, #GivingTuesday is to non-profits. On November 29, people from around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give to causes they believe in.
December 2 & 4
Each December, we host our Christmas Open House events at most of our ABCH campuses. Our homes are festively decorated and holiday food abounds, and in many cases, our children provide guided tours for their guests! Learn more and check out this short video overview of the events.
For those in the Dothan area, come join us at The Maddox Farm for a great trail ride, as well as many fun and educational activities on the farm! Tickets for the 2016 trail ride were $30 and BBQ lunch came with a suggested donation of $8 for adults and $5 for kids under 12. Entrance to the farm and other activities are free of charge! Any donations and proceeds from the day go to benefit our ministry.
Come enjoy a day on the greens in Cullman and be a blessing to a child. 2017 will be the 13th annual event! Register or view details here.
Camp of Champions is a unique event to our ministry! Every summer, we have an opportunity to get everyone in our ministry together from all over the state for a few memorable and meaningful days of good ol', pure camp fun! See photos and a short video recap from Camp 2015.
