Oxford, AL

FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Oxford office. Primary responsibilities will be to provide support for the Oxford office, maintaining files, generating correspondence, greeting Pathways clients, collecting co-pays, uploading client information, entering KidsCount data, making deposits, helping process donations, and serving as a general office receptionist. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required. Applicant must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong communication skills. Applicant must be a Christian actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a High School diploma, a valid Alabama driver’s license and ability to pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.

Mobile, AL

FULL-TIME HOUSE PARENT COUPLE

We are seeking a full-time House Parent couple for our Campus Care home in Mobile. This is a live-in position. It consists of being responsible for the day-to-day guidance and care for children residing in the campus home. Applicants must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong communications skills. Applicants must be a Christian actively involved in a local church. 

Other requirements include: High school diploma or beyond, a valid Alabama driver’s license, and must pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.

North Alabama

COUNSELOR

We are seeking a full-time counselor for the Huntsville, Decatur, and Athens area. Applicant must be able to work with children, teens and adults with a wide variety of presenting problems in counseling. One primary responsibility will include working with children through attachment-based issues. Applicant must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong communication skills. Applicant must be a Christian actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work from a CACREP accredited/equivalent school. Must be either licensed or licensed eligible in Alabama. Applicant also need to have a valid Alabama driver’s license and ability to pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.

Birmingham, AL

WEB & VIDEO SPECIALIST

We are seeking a full-time Web & Video Specialist to help us raise awareness of ABCH primarily through content creation and administration of digital-related projects including our websites, videos (live action and motion graphics), and photography. This candidate would produce ideas and stories to be shared with both internal and external audiences on a regular schedule. They must be able to anticipate project management needs, discern work priorities, meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to adapt to needs that arise. Some writing will be required.

The Web & Video Specialist should be passionate about communicating through video and telling stories through images and written communications, be innovative, detail-oriented, and highly relational with both internal and external audiences.

Applicant must be a Christian actively involved in a local church. Other requirements include: minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, video production, or related field or work experience.  A valid Alabama driver’s license, and ability to pass an ABI/FBI/DHR background check.

FOSTER CARE SOCIAL WORKER

We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Social Worker for our Montgomery office. Primary responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing foster homes as well as communicating this work to individuals and churches. Applicants must show ability to work as a team member, responding to a wide range of needs and displaying strong communications skills.
