The Ride for Refuge (the RIDE), is a family-friendly cycling fundraiser that supports those who are displaced, vulnerable and exploited.
Alabama Baptist Children's Homes is participating in Birmingham's RIDE as a partner to recruit teams and raise money for our ministry. Please visit the link below to create a team, join a team, sponsor a team, donate to our organization, or volunteer for the event.

We had 525 attend our annual Camp of Champions. Based on the theme, "Linked 2 God", our children heard how nothing can separate us from God's love.

Every year, we hold our annual Camp of Champions at Shocco Springs Baptist Conference Center. This year, more than 500 children, staff, foster and house parents and volunteer associational ambassadors will gather for a time of Bible Study, training and encouragement.

7th Annual Kris Banister Memorial Golf Tournament

Join us for the 7th Annual Kris Banister Memorial Tournament sponsored by First Baptist Church Fairview Brotherhood. We are excited about this year’s tournament and hope you are too. Most of our excitement comes from the fact that last year we raised $11,000 for the children. This year we have set a God goal of $15,000 for the Decatur campus of Alabama Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries. The only way we can meet this goal is with the generosity and help of people like YOU!

Annual Day of Prayer for Alabama Baptist Children's Homes & Family Ministries

Join us this Mother's Day for the Annual Day of Prayer for the Children's Homes! This is also the day when many churches choose to support the Annual Children's Homes Offering. This year's goal is $2.55 million, as set by the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions. Direct church gifts to the Children's Homes account for one-thrid of the resources needed to provide hope and wholeness to children and families in need through Christ-centered services.
